A Few Things Before You Arrive

CordeValle has a nightly resort fee of $75, which includes following services and amenities: Welcome beverage upon arrival, high-speed wireless internet throughout resort, in-room Nespresso coffee and bottled water replenished daily, valet and self parking, Specialized electric and road bicycles, access to spa facilities and outdoor heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, hiking trails, putting green on the Oak Terrace, bocce and giant chess board at the Courts at CordeValle, and shuttle service throughout the property grounds. 

• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and a deposit of a one-night room and tax.
• All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Diner's Club
• Rates are in US dollars
• Rates include a nightly resort fee and taxes
• All rates are for single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise
  • Maximum occupancy limits apply
  • Rollaway beds are available at $85.00 per night
  • No additional charge for children under 17 years staying with an adult
  • Pack 'n Play cribs are available at no charge.

• One dog or cat is allowed per room at CordeValle
• USD175 non-refundable fee is charged per pet, per stay
• If pets are left in the room unattended, the owner must be reachable by cell phone in case of an emergency
• Pets must be on a leash when outside of the guestroom
• Pets are not allowed in resort or clubhouse buildings or on the golf course
• Owners must sign a letter of agreement to the terms and responsibilities for damage upon check-in
