CordeValle has a nightly resort fee of $75, which includes following services: Welcome beverages upon arrival, in-room Nespresso coffee and bottled water replenished daily, Valet and self parking, Specialized electric and road bicycles,access to spa facilities, swimming pool access, state-of-the-art fitness center, hiking trail, access to the putting green on the Oak Terrace, access to Bocce Gardens at the Tennis Club along with  tennis club access and shuttle service throughout the property grounds. High speed internet throughout the property.

• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and a deposit of a one-night room and tax.
• All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Diner's Club
• Rates are in US dollars
• Rates include a nightly resort fee and taxes
• All rates are for single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise

  • Rollaway beds are available at $85.00 per night
  • No additional charge for children under 17 years staying with an adult

• One dog or cat is allowed per room at CordeValle
• USD175 non-refundable fee is charged per pet, per stay
• If pets are left in the room unattended, the owner must be reachable by cell phone in case of an emergency
• Pets must be on a leash when outside of the guestroom
• Pets are not allowed in resort or clubhouse buildings or on the golf course
• Owners must sign a letter of agreement to the terms and responsibilities for damage upon check-in
