Resort Policies

Rates in US dollars are subject to change, availability, nightly resort fee and taxes. A deposit of one night room and tax is due at time of booking. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full for all room and tax for all nights booked. There is a nightly resort fee of USD45 in lieu of the inconvenience of cash gratuities for housekeeping, bell and concierge staff; it also covers such services as daily newspaper and valet parking.


Bookings of five or more rooms per night are considered “group” bookings and are bookable by calling Group Sales at +1 408 695 4565.


One household dog or cat is allowed per room at CordeValle. A USD150 nonrefundable fee will be charged per pet, per stay. If pets are left in the room unattended, the owner must be reachable by cell phone in case of an emergency. All pets must be on leash when outside of the guestroom. Pets are not allowed in any of the resort or clubhouse buildings or on the golf course. Owners must sign a letter of agreement to the terms and responsibilities for damage upon check-in.
