Grape Seed & Rosehip Mud Wrap This anti oxidant rich treatment begins with an exfoliation to prepare your skin to soak in the healing properties of grape seeds. Feet Your feet carry you through your every day. Give them something back with a soothing pedicure. Sit back and relax as the hands of our professional nail technicians tend to the needs of your feet. Spa Etiquette & Policies

Arrivals Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities. Check-in time is a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. Facilities include steam room, whirlpools, outdoor pool and fitness center, so be sure to allow yourself time to enjoy all that we have to offer either before or after your treatment.

Cancellations Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged in full. If we are able to re-book your appointment time with another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived. A rescheduling fee of $45 will apply to treatments changed within the 24-hour period. No shows are charged at full treatment rate. For group cancellation policies, please inquire with your group coordinator.

Children Young adults over the age of 16 are welcome to visit the spa and fitness center.

Etiquette Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other spa guests, cell phones must be on silent mode or turned off. The spa is a non-smoking zone.
And, we ask that voices are kept subdued.

Health Please assist us by informing us of any health issues, allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.

In-Suite Treatments The spa offers in-suite massages. A surcharge of $25 per therapist will apply for any in-room treatment.

Jewelry We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.

Pregnancy We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time.

Spa Amenities Upon spa check-in, you will be issued a locker and supplied with a robe and sandals for use during your visit. You will also find ample cotton towels throughout the spa area. Additional spa amenities are available.

Spa & Fitness Hours All guests have access to the resort's state-of-the-art fitness facilities and locker rooms from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. For the winter season, spa services are offered by appointment from Mon.-Thurs. 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Fri. 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sun. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Facilities include men's and ladies' locker rooms, whirlpool, steam and outdoor heated pool. We recommend scheduling treatments well in advance to ensure availability and preferred appointment times.
