Rates in US Dollars are subject to change, availability, nightly resort fee and taxes.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
100% room and tax is due at time of booking. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.

In lieu of the inconvenience of cash gratuities, there is a nightly club services fee of $25.

PET POLICY
One household dog or cat is allowed per room at CordeValle. A $100 non-refundable fee will be charged per pet, per stay. If pets are left in the room unattended, the owner must be reachable by cell phone in case of an emergency. All pets must be on leash when outside of the guestroom. Pets are not allowed in any of the resort or clubhouse buildings or on the golf course. Owners must sign a letter of agreement to the terms and responsibilities for damage upon check-in.
