DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS
CordeValle is located off Highway 101 in San Martin, which is between Morgan Hill and Gilroy.

From the Monterey Peninsula: Take Highway 101 North approximately 45 miles to the San Martin Avenue Exit. Turn left onto San Martin Avenue (West) to your first stop light (Monterey Road). Turn left at light onto Monterey Road. Turn right at the next light onto Highland Avenue. Follow Highland across Santa Teresa (stop sign) through our guard gate into CordeValle.

CordeValle's elegantly appointed accommodations consist of 45 rooms offered in spacious Bungalows, expansive Fairway Homes or secluded villa suites. Each room is king-bedded and appointed with goose-down comforters, Frette linens, original artwork, DVD/CD player, flat-screen TV, fireplace, walk-in closets, high-speed Internet access, and separate shower and whirlpool bath. All offer breathtaking views of the golf course.

Bungalows On a hillside overlooking the #9 fairway, the spacious, 750-square-foot Bungalows include everything from a wet bar to a flat-screen TV. Just off an oversized suite, the bathroom features a separate shower and whirlpool tub with views of a private garden, while an open-air patio offers glorious golf course vistas.

Villa Suites Nestled against the hillside, CordeValles vineyard-inspired, 1,100-square-foot Villa Suites offer the same tempting amenities as the Bungalows, and more. The suite's sun-splashed patio extends from the living room all of the way to a separate bedroom, which features a bathroom with steam shower and jetted tub, plus another enclosed patio with an outdoor shower and a private whirlpool spa.

Fairway Homes Three 3,100-square-foot Fairway Homes feature four master bedrooms grouped around a central area, which includes a beautifully furnished living room, kitchen and dining room that can double as a meeting room. Each bedroom has its own separate entrance, garden patio, bathroom with jetted tub and private garden.
